Apple raised the curtains on the new and refreshed Macbook Air range at this year’s WWDC. The new range is powered by Intel’s latest Haswell processor and Apple claims that the new Macbook Air delivers improved graphics and battery life.
Official Apple reseller Maple told that it would be around 15 to 20 days before the new Macbook Air arrives in India. Not only the arrival of the new range is in the news, there’s one more good news for the Apple fans. Maple has dropped the prices of previous Macbook Air models. The 11 inch variant is now available for Rs 61,900 which was initially Rs 67,900 also the 13 inch variant has dropped from Rs 81,900 to Rs 69,900.
Maple said that the drop in the prices is as a result of the announcement made at WWDC 2013 and the offer will continue till the old stock last.
The new Macbook range will be available at Rs 67,900 and Rs 74,900 for the 11 inch and 13 inch variant respectively. The 11 inch new Macbook Air is said to have a battery backup of around 9 hours while the 13 inch one will run around 12 hours without charge.
