Samsung completely dominated the IFA event with the launch of 3 distinguish gadgets at the event. The South Korean giants launched the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet along with the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy Gear smartwatch.
Talking first about the surprise launch of the Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet. Claimed as their most portable tablet till date the Galaxy Note 10.1 comes with WQXGA Super clear LCD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels in a 10 inch display. Powered by a 1.9GHz Octa core processor the Galaxy Note 10.1 has 3GB of RAM and will come in 3G/Wi-Fi only version.
Dubbed as the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), will come in three connectivity options including WiFi Only, WiFi and 3G, WiFi and LTE, available in 16/32/64GB along with Micro SD for expandable storage up to 64GB.
Other features of the device includes 3GB of RAM, Android 4.3, 8 megapixel Auto focus camera with LED flash along with a 2 megapixel front facing camera. The tablet will also support the S pen stylus.
Along with tablet the company also launched the Galaxy Note 3 at the IFA Berlin. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 sports a 5.7 inch full HD super AMOLED display. The device will be available in two variant, the LTE one will be powered by a 2.3GHz quad core processor while the 3G variant will be powered by a 1.9GHz octa core processor.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has 3GB of RAM and a 13 megapixel primary camera along with a 2 megapixel secondary camera. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 runs on Android 4.3 Jelly bean and will be available with 32GB and 64GB memory options.
Connectivity options on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 include Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth. The device also comes with various sensors like Gesture, Accelerometer, Ge magnetic, Gyroscope, Promixity and Barometer. There’s no word on the pricing of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 but the the smartphone will launch on September 25th in around 140 countries.
